working together

Individual therapy

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I support a broad range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociative experiences, and experiences such as psychosis, alongside broader emotional and behavioural challenges.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw on therapies such as DBT, EMDR, and psychodynamically informed approaches, and tailor my work to the unique needs of each individual. I place particular emphasis on understanding each person within the context of their developmental history, relationships, and lived experience. I work collaboratively to develop insight, strengthen emotional capacity, and support meaningful and lasting change.

Clinical assessments

I offer comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Assessments are conducted using gold-standard measures and are thoughtfully integrated with a nuanced understanding of each individual’s developmental history, emotional functioning, and broader context. This approach allows for clear, meaningful, and clinically useful outcomes, with practical recommendations tailored to everyday settings.
Assessment areas include:
  • Cognitive and learning assessments
  • ADHD assessments
  • Autism assessments
  • Social, emotional, and behavioural functioning
Comprehensive reports are provided, with recommendations that can be shared with schools, paediatricians, and other involved professionals. I also offer secondary consultations to schools, kindergartens, and other services, supporting a shared understanding of a child or young person’s needs and helping to guide appropriate support and intervention.

group programs

I offer a range of group programs for parents and caregivers, designed to support early development, emotional connection, and relational wellbeing. These programs are grounded in attachment and nurture neuroscience principles, drawing on training in Dr Greer Kirshenbaum’s work, and provide a supportive, reflective space for learning and connection.
Programs include:
  • Pregnancy circles
  • Baby and early parenting groups
  • Parent support groups focused on emotional development and regulation
  • Infant sleep and settling workshops (with a gentle, responsive approach)
These groups aim to support parents in building confidence, deepening connection with their child, and understanding early emotional and developmental needs within the context of everyday family life.
