Hi, I’m Kate

Psychologist and founder of Foxglove Psychology, I have experience working across both public and private mental health settings, including adult, child and adolescent services. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on therapies including DBT, EMDR, and psychodynamically informed approaches.

I have a particular interest in trauma, dissociation, and psychotic experiences, as well as emotional development and the role of early relationships in shaping psychological wellbeing. I also have a strong interest in perinatal, postpartum, and infant mental health, and have completed specialist training in this area with Greer Kirshenbaum. This work informs the thoughtful and developmentally grounded way I approach therapy.

Alongside my clinical work, I am completing a PhD at the University of Melbourne within Orygen, focusing on the field of psychosis. Outside of this, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Wolfgang and Hadley, being in nature, and connecting with loved ones.

On Gulidjan Country, I pay my respects to Elders past and present.
